Birth Doula Support
This in-person support option is great for those who have given birth before or are taking a childbirth class separately! It includes:
- Complimentary access to The 5-Day Birth Planning Challenge ($49 value)
- Access to my lending library, resources, & tools (TENS unit, birth ball, peanut ball, books, etc.)
- Up to 3 prenatal meetings to go over your needs and preferences
- In-person support* during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum
- One postpartum follow-up and phone/email support up to 6 weeks postpartum

BUMP & BIRTH PACKAGE
Education & Support
